The Technical Support Engineer will also support customer deployments, proof-of-concepts, testing, and technical validation while contributing to technical documentation and knowledge resources., * Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

 * Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-3 years of relevant experience is a plus.
 * Basic understanding of computer networking and networking fundamentals.
 * Knowledge of TCP/IP and Ethernet.
 * Familiarity with Linux systems and command-line tools.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Good English communication skills, both written and verbal., * Bachelor's (Required)

## Description

Pica8 is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical support for our open networking solutions and help customers successfully deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Pica8 network environments. This role will work closely with customers and internal R&D/Product teams to diagnose and resolve complex networking issues involving network switching, TCP/IP, Ethernet, Linux, and network management technologies., * Provide technical support for Pica8 network switches and networking solutions, including configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

 * Troubleshoot customer issues related to network switching, TCP/IP, Ethernet, and Linux.
 * Analyze network problems using system logs, packet captures, and network diagnostic tools.
 * Work closely with customers and internal R&D/Product teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
 * Support customer deployments, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), testing, and technical validation.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
