This is a high-velocity environment where you ship quickly, iterate on real user feedback, and work closely with a small team to move the product forward. What you'll be doing * Build across the full stack and own features from start to finish. * Treat the front end as a product surface: understand UX and real user behaviour, not just translate mockups. * Ship fast and iterate against live user feedback. * Collaborate directly with the team on product and technical decisions. Tech stack: Language-agnostic - the team cares far more about system architecture and problem-solving than any specific framework. ## Related Videos - [The Software Engineer 2030: From Coder To AI Orchestrator? - Patrick Schnell](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1825-the-software-engineer-2030-from-coder-to-ai-orchestrator-patrick-schnell) - [Edit Your Future: Queerverse Radical AI](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/909-edit-your-future-queerverse-radical-ai) - [The QUEST for Better Software](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/721-the-quest-for-better-software) - [AI Driven Development](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100340-ai-driven-development) - [AI is dead, long live AK](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1093-ai-is-dead-long-live-ak) - [Exploring Durable Execution with Python](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1234-exploring-durable-execution-with-python) ## Related Articles - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [How to Become an AI Engineer](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/331-how-to-become-an-ai-engineer) - [What is Software Engineering in the Age of AI?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/640-what-is-software-engineering-in-the-age-of-ai) - [Highest Paying Tech Companies for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/220-highest-paying-tech-companies-for-developers) - [Never delegate the understanding](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/749-never-delegate-the-understanding) - [How to Answer the Interview Question: “Why Do You Want to Be a Software Engineer?”](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/392-how-to-answer-the-interview-question-why-do-you-want-to-be-a-software-engineer)
