## About the Role

* Around 2-3 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
 * Strong full-stack ability across both back end and front end.
 * Genuine AI fluency - you actively use AI tooling to scale and automate your own work.
 * A track record at an engineering-driven company known for a high bar (VC-backed startups strongly preferred).
 * Either a strong academic background from a top university, or a builder's path such as dropping out to start something or founding a company.
 * Willing to work on-site in San Francisco and to embrace intense, nontraditional startup hours - this is not a 9-to-5., * Prior experience at a startup or as a founder.
 * A portfolio of personal projects or products you've built and shipped.

## Description

You'll own features end-to-end across the entire product - back end and front end - and treat the front end as a genuine product surface rather than just implementing designs. This is a high-velocity environment where you ship quickly, iterate on real user feedback, and work closely with a small team to move the product forward.

What you'll be doing

 * Build across the full stack and own features from start to finish.
 * Treat the front end as a product surface: understand UX and real user behaviour, not just translate mockups.
 * Ship fast and iterate against live user feedback.
 * Collaborate directly with the team on product and technical decisions.

Tech stack: Language-agnostic - the team cares far more about system architecture and problem-solving than any specific framework.
