## Description

The Inpatient Data Collection Specialist will manage data entry for daily admissions, discharges, outcome measures, internal metrics, and client demographics. Additionally, they connect with staff on the inpatient units to make sure information is accurate, timely, and complete. This position requires accuracy as the work drives quality patient care, supports compliance with regulatory standards, strengthens reporting for leadership, and helps guide decisions that improve outcomes across the organization., * Enter and maintain accurate inpatient data in EHRs and databases.

 * Coordinate with care teams to ensure complete data collection.
 * Track key measures like length of stay, readmissions, and occupancy.
 * Assist with reports for leadership, audits, and compliance.
