## About the Role

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise CI/CD platforms, automation frameworks, DevSecOps processes, and database deployment solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation, scripting, cloud and infrastructure technologies, security, enterprise platforms, and modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, maintain, and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks. Build reusable deployment templates and self-service DevOps capabilities. Implement DevSecOps security, vulnerability management, and compliance automation within CI/CD processes. Automate database deployments, validation, rollback, and governance processes. Develop monitoring, logging, metrics, and observability solutions. Integrate enterprise tools, APIs, and platforms to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency. Develop and maintain automation using scripting and configuration management tools.
Partner with development, infrastructure, database, and security teams to deliver reliable solutions. Support environments spanning on-premises, virtualized, containerized, and cloud infrastructure. Drive modernization, automation, reliability, and operational efficiency initiatives. Troubleshoot complex DevOps, infrastructure, deployment, and integration issues. Support structured change management and governance processes across enterprise environments. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related areas. Strong experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Platform Engineering practices. Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Ansible, and automation frameworks. Strong scripting and programming skills using Python, PowerShell, and Bash. Experience with Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management. Experience working across on-premises, virtualized, containerized, and cloud environments. Experience integrating security
scanning, vulnerability management, and compliance controls into CI/CD pipelines. Strong knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations. Experience working in enterprise-scale environments with structured change and governance processes. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and automation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Liquibase and Database-as-Code practices. Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace. Experience with security and code quality tools such as Qualys, Fortify, Snyk, and SonarQube. Experience with RBAC, SSO, PAM, PSM, and secrets management. Experience with Microsoft Desired State Configuration (DSC). Experience working in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban. Education: Bachelors Degree
