The Professional Services Engineer is responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines of ongoing projects and will establish inspection criteria for the proper implementation of all the elements of a project. PRIMARY OBJECTIVES * Define project requirements, scopes, and deliverables. * Design, develop, and implement IT infrastructure, systems, and software solutions based on project requirements. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues that arise during the project lifecycle. * Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. * Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals.
