As a SAP Logistics professional, you will be responsible to support FE USA Companies SAP system operation. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting, and also play an important role in the development, configuration and implementation of the overall solution. Responsibilities: 1. Provide functional support related to SAP and other applications. 2. Ensure communication relating to IT-related issues and updates are addressed to the stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner. 3. Understand the user requirements. Prepare and Update user-friendly documents according to user's requirements. 4. Recommend SAP solutions to align and enable business processes within Information Systems' technology strategy, standards and processes. 5. Document requirements for conversions, upgrades, interfaces, business logic, reports, forms and workflow. 6. Configure SAP application functionality (i.e. hands-on) as required. 7. Act as liaison and problem solver between Global SAP team and users regarding SAP application issues. 8. Demonstrated experience managing and delivering multiple projects, sometimes concurrently, involving cross functional teams. 9.
