This role is responsible for our core business systems, data infrastructure, integrations, reporting, and technology vendors. You'll serve as the bridge between business operations and technology, ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with the needs of a growing organization. You'll work closely with leaders across Operations, Sales, Finance, Production, and Customer Experience to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions. This role partners closely with our Digital Workforce Manager, who focuses on AI strategy, workflow automation, and process transformation.
