Seeking for a IT Technical Specialist for Service Desk/Accounts Team. This role involves leveraging your technical expertise to support IT infrastructure, manage service desk tickets, and ensure data protection in operations and security.

 * Act as a technical resource for standard desktop applications for 12,000 users.
 * Independently analyze customer needs and resolve technical issues.
 * Communicate technical information to non-technical users effectively.
 * Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, manage critical incidents, and support end-user password resets.
 * Document and track issues using ServiceNow, ensuring customer service needs are met.
 * Perform account administration and modify accounts for employees.
 * Serve as a subject matter expert in Active Directory.
 * Capture and resolve incidents, providing weekly status reports to management.
 * Implement IT Security Office requirements to protect data from unauthorized access.
 * Lead projects, directing the work of others with some decision-making latitude.
