 * 5+ years of application support or software support experience.
 * Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
 * Experience supporting enterprise applications and business systems.
 * Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
 * Experience conducting user training and technical presentations.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with cloud-based technologies and migrations.
 * Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell.
 * Familiarity with ITIL methodologies.
 * Experience supporting multiple business applications in a large enterprise environment.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Support Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical issues, supporting enterprise applications, and building strong relationships with end users. This role is ideal for a technology professional who is a true problem solver, thrives in customer-facing environments, and has broad technical knowledge across multiple platforms and systems.
Pay: $80,000 to $90,000 annually
Responsibilities

 * Provide advanced application and software support to internal users and business stakeholders.
 * Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues.
 * Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications.
 * Monitor application performance and ensure system availability and integrity.
 * Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve application issues when necessary.
 * Assist with application upgrades, enhancements, implementations, and migrations.
 * Develop and maintain technical documentation and system configurations.
 * Participate in projects related to application deployments and improvements.
 * Train users on new and existing software solutions.
