Mindset * Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a blank canvas - this function is being built, and the brand is being rewritten * Balances speed and quality without treating them as opposites * Strong point of view and able to defend it, but ego-light enough to build collaboratively * Genuinely curious about AI and what it means for how brands communicate - not just for how creative teams work Nice to Have * Motion design and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) * Experience at a voice AI, conversational AI, or contact center technology company * Exposure to enterprise CX, hospitality, financial services, or healthcare verticals ## Description The Senior Web Designer joins PolyAI's creative studio to define and elevate the design experience across poly.ai and all web-facing surfaces. The creative studio is responsible for translating PolyAI's brand and product story into compelling, accessible, and high-performing web experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. In this role, you will own and evolve the website design system, lead user research and testing initiatives, and set the quality bar for every page that ships. You will partner closely with web engineers, product marketing, and brand stakeholders to deliver end-to-end design solutions at the pace a category-defining AI company demands. It is a rare opportunity to shape how the world first encounters PolyAI-and to build the design infrastructure that scales that experience. This role reports to the Creative Director and sits within the Marketing organization.
