Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting Oracle SCM Cloud or other enterprise ERP supply chain platforms. * Experience leading or supporting business process improvement initiatives. * Experience with change management, stakeholder communications, and user training. * Project implementation or project coordination experience. * Accounting or financial systems knowledge is a plus., * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Oracle SCM, SAP, or similar: 3 years (Required) * ERP System Analyst: 3 years (Required) * Process & Data Mapping: 2 years (Required) * Requirements gathering and Technical Documentation: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Knoxville, TN 37923 (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Knoxville, TN 37923 ## Description We are seeking a Systems Analyst with experience supporting Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems to join a collaborative enterprise technology team. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business processes, document system requirements, improve workflows, and support enterprise supply chain technology initiatives. *Candidates with experience supporting Oracle SCM, SAP, or other enterprise ERP supply chain platforms are encouraged to apply.
