 * BS / MS in computer science or equivalent

 * Java/J2EE 6+. Development using IBM Stack - WebSphere, WebSphere MQ, ODM

 * Knowledge of Java Frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, Struts, Log 4j

 * Knowledge of JDBC, Oracle 11g+ or other relational DB

 * IBM Websphere MQ 6+

 * Ability to use UML for creating Sequence Diagrams, Deployment Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class diagrams etc…

 * Develop Soap and RESTful webservices using JAXWS, JAXRS and Spring

 * Develop Message Oriented applications using Spring JMS, Websphere MQ

 * Develop backend processing jobs using Spring Batch and Java programs

 * Frontend Web Application development using HTML, JavaScript, AJAX , JSP, Struts, JSF, HTML 5/CSS

 * Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and Rally software

 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 * Ability to work with distributed team including offshore
