* Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based workstations, hardware, and software.
 * Provide technical support via phone, email, remote, and in person.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN, DNS, Active Directory, and printer issues.
 * Set up new user accounts, email, and applications.
 * Track support tickets, hardware inventory, and documentation.
 * Deliver excellent customer service and user training.
 * Travel to client sites using a company vehicle as needed.
