Operating in a hybrid model, this role is responsible for modernizing software systems, analyzing database schemas, writing advanced SQL code, and optimizing application performance. The developer collaborates with cross-functional technical teams to coordinate programming projects, troubleshoot infrastructure anomalies, and establish standards that ensure operating efficiency and business continuity., Software Development & Modernization * Oversee the coding, testing, debugging, and operational deployment of enterprise-level software programs in accordance with system technical and functional requirements. * Lead and coordinate research and analysis required for system modifications, software modernization initiatives, and new project proposals. * Analyze proposed computer applications against hardware requirements, evaluate database schemas, construct SQL code, and deploy database triggers or packages. * Develop, implement, and maintain specialized software programs designed to supplement, enhance, and scale core systems software. System Diagnostics & Performance Optimization * Troubleshoot complex application issues by analyzing system logs, system messages, thread connectivity, memory utilization, disk input/output, and disk space. * Recommend, coordinate, and execute configuration changes to continuously improve application throughput and overall system performance. * Establish and maintain robust backup and restore processes to support disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
