* Proven Salesforce experience as an Admin/Business Analyst/Consultant
 * Strong process documentation and business analysis skills
 * Hands-on configuration: Flows, automation, validation rules, reports/dashboards
 * Familiarity with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
 * Excellent stakeholder communication
 * Salesforce Administrator certification preferred (Advanced Admin / Business Analyst a plus)

## Description

* Assess and document existing Salesforce workflows, processes, and configurations (current-state mapping)
 * Interview stakeholders and end users to understand business needs and pain points
 * Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for optimization
 * Recommend process and system improvements, with clear rationale and priorities
 * Configure and implement approved enhancements (flows, validation rules, automation, page layouts, reports/dashboards)
 * Create and maintain documentation: process maps, requirement specs, and user guides
 * Support testing, user adoption, and knowledge transfer
