Some experience with Reactflow is a plus. * A track record of leading non-trivial projects end-to-end, with real design ownership and minimal guidance. * Proficient architecture and system-design judgment, including in large, existing codebases. * Successfully designed and launched multiple user interface components that significantly increased user commitment. * You should have experience using AI-assisted development tools. These tools can help you develop features faster, fix complex systems, and improve existing codebases. * Exemplary written and verbal communication, and a genuine excitement for async collaboration and knowledge-sharing. * A multiplier mindset! You make the engineers around you better. * A generalist streak and a user-focused mindset, with consideration for the people using your software. Bonus Points: * Experience with the Elastic stack, observability tooling, or log/data-ingestion pipelines. * Go, Kubernetes, or cloud-native application development experience. * Experience building large user interfaces that manage a lot of data. This includes skills in search, filtering, and tables. Offer constructive feedback and identify potential security vulnerabilities in the codebase. Focus on maintaining code readability and facilitate discussions with team members to address any findings from the code review. * Collaborate async across timezones with a fully-distributed team, working in the open on GitHub and in Slack. * Partner closely with designers and product managers to apprehend user experience goals and translate their mockups into functional UI components.
