These Will Help You Stand Out * Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations or finance transformation programs. * Knowledge of ERP governance, compliance controls, and risk management practices. * Experience leading business readiness or deployment activities across multiple releases or workstreams. * Familiarity with finance data migration validation and reconciliation processes. * SAP FI/CO or related SAP certifications. * Experience supporting hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities. ## Description We are seeking a SAP S/4HANA Plan-to-Report (P2R) Business Readiness Lead to support the successful launch of SAP capabilities as part of a large-scale ERP transformation program. This role will focus on business readiness, delivery execution, validation activities, and go-live coordination to ensure assigned finance modules and technical components are deployed with controlled risks, operational readiness, and clear ownership. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Finance processes, stakeholder engagement, testing, change management, and launch execution within complex enterprise environments.
