You will work closely with customers, sales teams, partners, product management, and implementation teams to ensure successful solution deployment that meets client business needs. While this role supports multiple ERP platforms, strong experience with Deltek Costpoint is preferred. Your primary goal will be to help customers maximize the value of our platform while addressing their specific use cases and technical challenges. You will be a catalyst for effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment, and will invent mechanisms and processes for speed and scale in RFgen context.
