## About the Role

* 1-3+ years of professional software development experience
 * Hands-on experience with Node.js
 * Experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript
 * Experience building and consuming REST APIs
 * Understanding of asynchronous programming concepts, promises, and the Node.js event loop
 * Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases
 * Familiarity with Docker or containerized applications
 * Knowledge of software testing practices including unit and integration testing
 * Experience working within an Agile development environment
 * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with AWS services, including Lambda
 * Exposure to microservices architecture
 * Experience with React, Angular, or other modern JavaScript frameworks
 * Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab
 * Experience supporting production applications in a cloud environment, * Backend-focused developer with a passion for Node.js and API development
 * Comfortable working within distributed systems and modern web architectures
 * Motivated to learn new technologies and contribute to innovative solutions
 * Enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges
 * Passionate about writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code
