## About the Role

Do you have experience in macOS?, This is not a traditional help desk role. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, communicating directly with clients, documenting work thoroughly, and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Apple, Windows, and managed network environments., * Professional experience supporting both Apple and Windows environments

 * Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
 * Understanding of networking fundamentals including DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and basic firewall/router configuration
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
 * Reliable transportation for client visits throughout the Acadiana area
 * Personal tools/equipment required to perform the job (laptop, diagnostic tools, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with UniFi networking environments (UNOS / UniFi Network Application)
 * Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Intune, Jamf, or Apple Business Manager
 * Previous MSP or multi-client IT support experience
 * Familiarity with RMM and ticketing platforms
 * Apple or Microsoft certifications (ACSP, MD-102, MS-900, etc.)
 * Understanding of cybersecurity best practices including MFA, endpoint protection, and user awareness

## Description

Acadiana Technical Services is a growing MSP serving small and mid-sized businesses across the Acadiana region. We are seeking a dependable and self-managed IT technician who can confidently support client environments both remotely and on-site., * Provide remote and on-site support for Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS environments

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and account access issues with minimal escalation
 * Configure and support managed networking equipment such as UniFi access points, switches, and gateways
 * Manage Microsoft 365 tenant administration, including:
 * User provisioning
 * Mailbox setup
 * License assignment
 * Basic Exchange and Teams troubleshooting
 * Enroll and manage devices through MDM platforms such as Intune, Jamf, or similar solutions
 * Configure Apple workstations, iPads, and iPhones for business deployment
 * Maintain accurate service documentation, ticket notes, and client-facing summaries
 * Communicate directly with clients in a professional and approachable manner
