Preferred Qualifications: * 10+ years of experience in enterprise platform engineering or operations. * Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Microsoft Copilot enablement, and Microsoft Security Technologies. * Experience deploying enterprise capabilities using phased rollouts, persona-based deployment, and coordinated training/communications plans. * Experience with Copilot Studio and/or Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) in enterprise use cases. ## Description In this role, your main focus will be on Microsoft 365 Administration serving as a technical subject-matter expert across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Working with limited supervision, this role designs and delivers scalable solutions, automates administration, safeguards enterprise data, and partners with security, infrastructure, and business teams to keep Micron's workforce productive and secure.
