## About the Role

Do you have experience in Web development?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, The ideal candidate is a skilled SharePoint professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at data management, and can deliver high-quality solutions with quick turnaround times., * Bachelor's degree required.

 * Minimum 4 years of hands-on infrastructure and web-based development experience in a SharePoint environment.
 * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel, Word, and Power BI.
 * Demonstrated experience with performance metrics, data analysis, trending, and reporting.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
 * Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
 * Active Secret clearance preferred (or ability to obtain one)., We're looking for a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable working independently and as part of a larger support team. Prior experience supporting DoD or U.S. Coast Guard programs is a strong plus.

## Description

* Develop, maintain, and enhance SharePoint workflows, dashboards, sites, and libraries to support document management, approval processes, and program metrics.
 * Organize, version-control, and manage program documentation including MSAM deliverables, memos, schedules, and other critical records.
 * Mine data from multiple sources, generate reports, graphs, and visualizations, and respond to urgent data calls (often within 4-24 hours).
 * Maintain financial trackers, lessons-learned repositories, configuration management databases, and performance metric tools.
 * Monitor site content for proper distribution markings, manage permissions, and forward documents as directed by the customer.
