This is table stakes here. * Financial services background is a plus, not a requirement. * Experience with post-merger or M&A systems integration is a plus - if you haven't done it before, this is your chance to show what you've got. ## Description * Both Salesforce instances (legacy Red Oak and MirrorWeb) are understood, stabilized, and merged into one consolidated org. * Data quality issues in Salesforce are diagnosed at the root cause and resolved, not just patched. * AI is handling meaningfully more manual CRM data entry than it does today. * Marketing Ops and Sales Ops trust the data flowing through Salesforce for handoffs, pipeline, and reporting., You'll own Salesforce administration for Red Oak's GTM organization - right now, that means understanding and helping administer two separate Salesforce instances through our merger integration, then owning the single consolidated instance that comes out the other side. You'll work hand-in-hand with Marketing Ops (who own HubSpot) on handoffs and pipeline metrics, and with Sales Ops, whose data analysis depends on the hygiene you maintain. * Administer both existing Salesforce instances through the merger, then own the single consolidated Salesforce org post-merge - user setup, permissions, workflows, and integrations. * Diagnose Salesforce data quality issues at the root cause and build guardrails against recurring problems. * Partner closely with Marketing Ops on Marketing-to-Sales handoffs and pipeline metrics, and with Sales Ops on data hygiene that feeds their analysis. * Understand the HubSpot connector and broader GTM tool stack well enough to work across it, even though HubSpot itself is owned by Marketing Ops. * Build and maintain training materials whenever you change a process or tool that other users rely on. * Be a daily power user of AI in your own workflow, and build agents yourself - not just use ones handed to you. You'll pick up where Red Oak's existing Claude agents (which already flag hygiene gaps and recommend process improvements) leave off: executing on those recommendations and building further automation as new integrations open up., * Salesforce administration expertise - you're a genuine Salesforce pro, not someone who's dabbled. ## Related Videos - [Integrate your Cognitive Assistant with 3rd-party DBs and software](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/249-integrate-your-cognitive-assistant-with-3rd-party-dbs-and-software) - [Data Science in Retail](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/586-data-science-in-retail) - [Agentic employees in world's most downloaded FinTech app](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100123-agentic-employees-in-world-s-most-downloaded-fintech-app) - [Building the Next Generation of Software](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100186-building-the-next-generation-of-software) - [Data Science on Software Data](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/162-data-science-on-software-data) - [The Innovation Formula: Fast Prototyping, Data Analysis, and Real User Insights](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1421-the-innovation-formula-fast-prototyping-data-analysis-and-real-user-insights) ## Related Articles - [Coffee with Developers - Maria Apazoglou - Making AI understandable for all in production](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/475-coffee-with-developers-maria-apazoglou-making-ai-understandable-for-all-in-production) - [How We Built a Worry-Free System That Runs for 10+ Years – And What We’d Do Again](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/751-how-we-built-a-worry-free-system-that-runs-for-10-years-and-what-we-d-do-again) - [The Best X (Twitter) Accounts for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/294-the-best-x-twitter-accounts-for-developers) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [How to Turn Community Events Into a Powerful AI GTM Engine: The Daytona Playbook](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/732-how-to-turn-community-events-into-a-powerful-ai-gtm-engine-the-daytona-playbook) - [Graph and AI Trends 2026: Why Is AI Running but Not Yet Delivering?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/680-graph-and-ai-trends-2026-why-is-ai-running-but-not-yet-delivering)
