 * 3+ years of experience as a software applications tester.
 * Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts in Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.
 * Experience with system, integration, and regression testing.
 * Understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

## Description

* Collaborate and advise cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance (QA) analysts, and product managers, to execute the testing strategy.
 * Design, develop, and maintain test cases, tools, and scripts to validate business rules and business functionality.
 * Execute manual test scripts for requirement validation, integration, regression, and usability testing.
 * Identify and create reusable test data required for ongoing testing.
 * Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and improve software quality.
 * Monitor and report test metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
 * Participate in software release activities, including test planning, execution, and post-release validation.
