This position is ideal for a motivated security professional with strong leadership abilities, industrial security experience, and a proven track record of managing officers, maintaining site compliance, and ensuring operational excellence. The Site Supervisor will serve as the primary on-site leader responsible for supervising personnel, coordinating daily operations, maintaining security standards, and acting as a liaison between client leadership and Watson Protective Services management.
