Experience: Some internship or full-time experience, preferably in material handling or warehouse environment. Travel: Up to 10% domestic travel and 1-2 weeks of international travel per year. Skills & Abilities * Strong critical-thinking mindset: analytical, curious, skeptical, and willing to challenge decisions when necessary. * Excellent organization skills and ability to meet deadlines with quality work product. * Comfort working in multi-disciplinary and intercultural experts' network. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Basic knowledge in AutoCAD and SketchUp. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Physical Requirements * Ability to remain stationary at a desk for prolonged periods of time. * Ability to go to site frequently and move safely around industrial and/or warehouse environment. * Ability to lift and carry supplies up to 25 pounds at a time. * Ability to operate computers, tablets, phones, and other electronic devices. * Ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing, on a frequent basis. * Ability to tolerate exposure to job site temperature fluctuations due to seasonal weather in geographic region. ## Description The Solutions Designer I is an entry-level designer who supports the development of intralogistics solutions under close supervision.
