## About the Role

* 3-7 years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure or Managed Services (MSP).
 * Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, and cybersecurity technologies.
 * Experience with firewalls, backups, disaster recovery, endpoint security, and cloud administration.
 * Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
 * Relevant Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, or security certifications are a plus.

This is a hybrid position that requires regular travel to multiple local sites to provide onsite support as needed.

## Description

We are seeking a Technical Lead to oversee the delivery of managed IT services, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and technology strategy for a local government client. This hands-on, technical role is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing IT environments while delivering exceptional customer service and serving as a trusted technical advisor., * Lead the administration and support of Microsoft 365, Windows servers, networking, and endpoint infrastructure.

 * Oversee cybersecurity services including SIEM, EDR, MFA, endpoint protection, patch management, backups, and disaster recovery.
 * Manage hardware lifecycle, asset inventory, warranties, deployments, and refresh planning.
 * Provide technical leadership for Tier 1-3 Help Desk operations and complex client escalations.
 * Monitor system performance, network health, and security while ensuring service level objectives are met.
 * Support onboarding/offboarding, software licensing, vendor management, and technology reporting.
 * Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by developing technology roadmaps and leading IT projects.
 * Coordinate onsite support when required and mentor junior technical staff.
