Preferred Qualifications * CompTIA A+ * CompTIA Network+ * Experience with o r exposure to: Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) platforms Professional Services Automation (PSA) or ticketing systems Microsoft Intune o r endpoint management Firewalls, switches, and wireless infrastructure Backup and disaster recovery solutions Cybersecurity best practices VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, or Citrix technologies (a plus) ## Description Support Engineer to join our Managed Services team. This position is ideal for someone early in their IT career who enjoys solving technical problems, learning from experienced engineers, and building strong relationships with clients. This role is primarily dedicated to supporting one o f XenTegra's managed services clients on-site while also serving as a member of our broader Managed Services team. You will act as the client's trusted day-to-day technical resource while leveraging the expertise of XenTegra's Service Desk, Systems Engineers, Network Engineers, Cloud Architects, and Security specialists. When client demands allow, you will also assist with support requests and projects for other managed services customers, providing exposure to a wide variety of technologies and environments.
