## About the Role

* Associate's degree in a related field, or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
 * Prior tech support / help desk experience required.
 * Database administration experience preferred.
 * Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration experience preferred.
 * Microsoft Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) a plus.
 * Relevant certifications preferred.
 * Nonprofit or association-sector a plus.
 * High level of integrity and discretion.
 * Detail-oriented, with strong follow-through and documentation habits.
 * Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; works well with people across all levels of the organization.
 * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests in a fast-moving environment.

## Description

* Providing technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
 * Delivering software training to staff on core systems, particularly Microsoft 365, Box, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
 * Administering cloud systems, including Microsoft 365, Box.com, Zoom, and GoTo Connect (phone system support).
 * Supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration, including adding new users, identifying and merging duplicate records, and monitoring system log files.
 * Developing and maintaining IT operating procedures and knowledge base documentation.
 * Maintaining CRM/Protech data integrity through recurring tasks such as scheduled data audits and cleanup routines.
 * Setting up, configuring, and deploying laptops and other end-user hardware.
 * Onboarding new staff on technology systems and access.
 * Offboarding departing staff.
 * Performing other related duties as assigned.
