* 3+ years of experience in IT Technical Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Application Support, Implementation Analyst, or Customer Success Engineer roles.
 * Experience troubleshooting software applications and production issues.
 * Knowledge of REST APIs, integrations, and technical issue analysis.
 * Experience working with Jira, Agile/Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
 * Strong understanding of application lifecycle and release management.
 * Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience working with SaaS products or enterprise applications.
 * Experience collaborating with software development teams.
 * Familiarity with SQL, databases, and log analysis.
 * Experience supporting API-based platforms and integrations.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Analyst to serve as a bridge between customers, business teams, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in application support, technical troubleshooting, API integrations, customer onboarding, and Agile project coordination. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions., * Support customer onboarding, system configuration, and application setup.

 * Troubleshoot technical issues by analyzing logs, identifying root causes, and coordinating resolutions with engineering teams.
 * Support API integrations and connectivity issues using REST APIs.
 * Translate business requirements into technical documentation, user stories, and Jira tasks.
 * Collaborate with developers, QA teams, product managers, and customers throughout the SDLC process.
 * Assist with UAT testing, deployments, feature releases, and post-production monitoring.
 * Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
 * Conduct customer meetings, provide updates, and ensure successful implementation.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation and process guides.
