You'll ship code to Ollama and its supporting systems, with the support queue as your lens on what matters most to users., * Own the support queue: triage, reproduce, and resolve issues from developers running Ollama across every platform and environment * Engage with Ollama's open-source community on GitHub and Discord - triaging issues, answering questions, and representing the team in public * Fix bugs in Ollama itself - you're an engineer, not an escalation layer * Design and build automation for our support systems: triage tooling, diagnostics, self-serve debugging, and internal dashboards * Identify patterns in user issues and communicate them clearly to product and engineering - be the voice of the customer inside Ollama * Work directly with users, from individual developers to large teams, to unblock them and make them successful * Improve docs, error messages, and diagnostics so the next user never hits the same problem ## Related Videos - [Developer Marketing](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1049-developer-marketing) - [Answering the Million Dollar Question: Why did I Break Production?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1171-answering-the-million-dollar-question-why-did-i-break-production) - [Debugging in the Dark](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1658-debugging-in-the-dark) - [Innovating Developer Tools with AI: Insights from GitHub Next](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1268-innovating-developer-tools-with-ai-insights-from-github-next) - [Coffee With Developers - Kyle Daigle, COO of GitHub](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/910-coffee-with-developers-kyle-daigle-coo-of-github) - [Empowering Developer Innovation - Balancing Speed, Security, and Scale](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1689-empowering-developer-innovation-balancing-speed-security-and-scale) ## Related Articles - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [Top Characteristics of a Software Engineer](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/166-top-characteristics-of-a-software-engineer) - [How to Answer the Interview Question: “Why Do You Want to Be a Software Engineer?”](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/392-how-to-answer-the-interview-question-why-do-you-want-to-be-a-software-engineer) - [Is Software Engineering Hard?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/448-is-software-engineering-hard) - [Dev Digest 131 - AI'm not sure about OSS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/472-dev-digest-131-ai-m-not-sure-about-oss)
