The IT Technician will serve as a reference point for all IT related queries at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner and ensuring the optimal running of all systems. The IT Technician must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks, and operating systems. They will also be required to support the business by coordinating the delivery of IT services, policies and initiatives, ensuring IT policies and processes support the company's strategic objectives and are in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
