## Description

* Develops and maintains software applications that support the organization's business objectives by writing code, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure consistent and lawful products.
 * Provides technical guidance and leadership to junior software development engineers by mentoring, reviewing code, and ensuring that best practices and established procedures are followed.
 * Collaborates with software development engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget parameters.
 * Coordinates with executive-level management, senior individual contributors, and stakeholders to gather and document customer requirements for software solutions and applications.
 * Designs and architects software solutions that are scalable, reliable, and maintainable by leveraging software design patterns and architecture principles that drive continuous improvement and organizational advancement.
 * Creates and executes test plans, ensuring that code is tested, validated, and software application quality meets organizational standards and required regulations.
 * Monitors and maintains software application performance by troubleshooting issues, providing technical support to end-users, and ensuring that applications operate smoothly.
 * Identifies areas for improvement in software applications and processes, implementing changes that drive efficiency and productivity and align with the organization's goals and critical deliverables.
 * Drives innovation and improved software application quality by remaining abreast of emerging technologies and software development trends.
