You will drive root-cause analysis, lead design-to-production transitions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes. You will support debugging of digital logic, embedded systems, and mixed-signal interfaces and help transition LRIP to steady production. You will review designs for manufacturability and testability and drive continuous process improvements that reduce cost and increase throughput. This role offers the chance to influence aerospace-grade hardware in a startup-like culture.
