master's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred * Deep, hands-on expertise with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph, Semantic Kernel), and building sophisticated RAG pipelines with tools like Azure AI Search * Mastery of Agile methodologies and extensive experience creating and managing robust CI/CD pipelines for microservices using Azure DevOps and Git * Demonstrated ability to resolve ambiguous and complex technical problems at scale, providing clear, decisive guidance and direction to high-performing engineering teams * Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex architectural concepts, trade-offs, and decisions to technical teams and executive stakeholders (200TEC) * Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future;
