Experteer Overview In this role you lead a global directory services engineering team responsible for enterprise-scale Active Directory and Entra environments. You translate strategy into roadmaps and drive delivery across follow-the-sun locations in the US, Monterrey, and Manila. You provide technical leadership on complex AD, Entra, and hybrid identity issues while shaping forest/domain architecture, security hardening, and automation. You'll partner with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant directory solutions that enable the business.
