 * Proven experience as a software programmer with leadership capabilities.

## Description

The System Software Programmer - Project Lead will lead software development efforts within the Web Application Development team, focusing on delivering new Economic Services Re-Engineering projects and the Refugee Management System. This role requires a motivated individual with strong programming skills to manage and contribute to key state government software initiatives. Responsibilities:

 * Lead software development projects related to Economic Services and Refugee Management systems.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement web applications.
 * Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain high-quality coding standards.
 * Participate in interview processes and candidate evaluations as needed.
 * Adapt to hybrid and potentially fully onsite work environments as required.
