The strongest candidates will have experience supporting networking, managed services, SaaS, cloud networking, or infrastructure-focused software products. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field, along with five or more years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Three or more years of experience supporting networking infrastructure, managed WiFi, managed services, SaaS, cloud networking, telecommunications, enterprise software, or other infrastructure-focused technology products. * Demonstrated experience owning and prioritizing product backlogs, writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, gathering customer requirements, and partnering directly with software engineering teams throughout the Agile software development lifecycle. * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, backlog management, software development processes, and product delivery using Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tools. * Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate customer needs, technical constraints, business priorities, and product tradeoffs to make informed product decisions. * Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with software engineers, architects, customers, executives, sales teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders. * Ability to independently manage multiple priorities, balance short-term customer needs with long-term product strategy, and drive product decisions that deliver measurable business and customer value. This role is ideal for someone who understands both technology and business and enjoys collaborating across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to build products that solve real customer problems. This is a highly collaborative, technical Product Owner role supporting SONIFI's Managed WiFi and Network Services portfolio. The ideal candidate has experience working with software engineering teams to deliver networking, managed services, SaaS, or infrastructure-focused technology products. This is not a project management or Scrum Master role. What you'll do Reporting to the Product Manager, you'll own the day-to-day execution of the product roadmap by translating business priorities and customer needs into a well-defined product backlog.
