## About the Role

We're looking for a resourceful generalist who can solve problems independently across a wide range of client environments - someone comfortable owning a ticket from intake to resolution without hand-holding., * [2+] years in an IT support role, ideally at an MSP or supporting multiple client environments

 * Windows 10/11 administration
 * Microsoft 365 administration, including multi-tenant environments
 * Active Directory and Group Policy
 * Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
 * Remote support tools such as ScreenConnect, RDP, or equivalent
 * Professional communication skills in English and Polish
 * Ability to manage competing priorities independently across multiple clients
 * Valid driver's license

Preferred

 * Firewall configuration (pfSense)
 * Backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis)
 * Duo Security
 * Experience with legal, healthcare, or financial industry software
 * CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft 365, or CCNA certifications

## Description

* Administer Microsoft 365 across multiple client tenants (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, mail flow)
 * Deploy, configure, and remotely troubleshoot Windows workstations and laptops
 * Handle user onboarding and offboarding: accounts, email, permissions, MFA, license assignment
 * Manage email migrations, spam filtering and phishing response
 * Support industry-specific business applications

Infrastructure & Security

 * Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
 * Respond to security incidents and enforce access control policies
 * Administer multi-factor authentication (Duo Security) and endpoint protection (ESET)
 * Configure firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
 * Set up and maintain VPNs with MFA integration
 * Administer servers and backup systems (Acronis, Veeam)
