## About the Role

We're seeking a senior-level contract graphic designer to support us during our Q4 season. This role will work alongside senior staff to create important growth-focused creative, with an emphasis on paid social design. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is organized, agile, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator, with a strong background in performance creative and a portfolio that demonstrates those skills.

A portfolio of work is required for consideration for this role., * Bachelor's degree and 5-7+ years of experience

 * Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
 * Background in designing for paid social creative (email is a plus), with a portfolio to demonstrate those skills
 * Strong organizational and communication skills
 * Highly collaborative, a self-starter, and low ego

Nice to Have:

 * Experience designing for a brand that serves our demographic: parents of younger children
 * Experience working on paid social in a high-growth company or agency environment
 * Experience with email design to support CRM channels
 * Experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms

## Description

* Working with senior staff, including Senior Graphic Designers and Copywriters, to autonomously execute paid social creative.
 * Flexing into email design as needed.
 * Collaborating with channel partners to test and iterate on ideas quickly, leveraging data and insights to inform creative decision-making.
