## Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Computer Technician to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical support and IT infrastructure, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining computer networks, and ensuring the smooth operation of various operating systems.  * Experience and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365
 * Installing and troubleshooting Routers
 * Dental Office networking experience a plus
 * Network installation and troubleshooting
 * Clients On-Site visits( Company Car Provided, after 90 Days)
 * Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to computer networking, firewalls, VPNs, and operating systems.
 * Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components.
 * Offer technical support for both Windows and Mac OS environments.
 * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
 * Document all support interactions and maintain accurate records of troubleshooting steps taken.
 * Educate users on best practices for computer usage and security measures.
