Interpersonal Skills * Communication Skills - Ability to clearly convey technical and non-technical information to diverse stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. * Collaboration & Teamwork - Works effectively with cross-functional teams, program offices, and government personnel to achieve shared objectives. * Attention to Detail - Ensures accuracy in documentation, tracking systems, and compliance reviews while maintaining clarity in complex processes. * Problem-Solving & Adaptability - Handles evolving requirements and resolves issues collaboratively, maintaining flexibility under changing priorities. ## Description Odyssey has an exciting opportunity for a Configuration / Data Manager supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Agile Weapons Division (AFLCMC/EBX). This position supports program and financial managers with DoD planning, programming, and budgeting activities in support of the USAF weapons acquisition process. This position is located onsite at Eglin AFB, Florida.
