Siebel Tools: Expert-level knowledge of Siebel architecture, Data Objects layer, Business Objects layer, and User Interface layer. Automation: Strong proficiency in Siebel Workflow Processes, Business Services, and custom eScripting. Integration (EAI): Deep understanding of EAI, Integration Objects, Data Maps, and Web Services (REST/SOAP). Database: Proficient in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. Experience dealing with timeout issues Version Control & CI/CD: Experience with migration processes, Siebel incremental deployment, Deployment: Experience with project/Product life cycle, including design, development, testing, UAT, and production support. Delivery Methodology: Solid experience working in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery models across full project lifecycles, including design, development, testing, UAT, and production support. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Siebel version (24.x through 26.x) using Web Tools and Workspace management. AI Fluency: Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot) to accelerate custom eScripting, optimize complex SQL queries, and streamline code ## Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior/Lead Siebel Developer to join our enterprise applications team. The main responsibilities of the individual in this position are the definition, architecture, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our Siebel CRM environment and related web applications. Responsibilities also include ongoing Application Support and Maintenance. The candidate will provide technical leadership in the software application development across Siebel and integrated enterprise solutions. This is a senior role, requiring the incumbent to make independent design decisions, present ideas to the team and other stakeholders, as well as guide the team in implementation. This position reports to an IT Manager. The role functions as an individual contributor and does not manage any direct reports. Key Responsibilities * Configuration & Customization: Design and configure Siebel CRM applications using Siebel Tools (Applets, Views, Screens, Business Components, Joins, Links, and MVGs). Business Logic Development: Implement complex business logic utilizing Siebel Workflows, Business Services, Task UI, and Siebel eScript. Integration Management: Develop and maintain enterprise integrations using EAI techniques, including REST/SOAP Web Services Database & Performance Tuning: Write and optimize SQL queries; assist Database Administrators (DBAs) with database connectivity, query performance tuning, and schema updates.
