In this role, you will partner with data engineers and stakeholders to provide actionable insights and key operating metrics across Dexcom. The Business Intelligence Analyst II supports Manufacturing Operations by delivering accurate, timely, and standardized analytics that enable data-driven decision-making across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role focuses on applying foundational BI competencies to develop dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses using established tools, data models, and governance standards. Working under the guidance of Senior and Staff BI analysts, this role partners closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and operations teams to translate business questions into clear reporting and insights while developing deeper technical and analytical skills aligned to the BI Analyst competency framework In addition, this role is expected to lead complex analytics and reporting efforts , oversee junior BI members, and support operational efficiencies and strategic planning through standardized, automated reporting and insights.
