Nice to Have: * Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Experience supporting digital banking, financial services, fintech, or other regulated technology environments. * Experience with software testing, quality assurance, release validation, or user acceptance testing. * Experience creating documentation, procedures, or knowledge-base content. ## Description Salal Credit Union is looking for a curious, detail-oriented problem solver to join our Information Technology team supporting Digital Banking. In this role, you'll help ensure our online and mobile banking experiences remain reliable, intuitive, and continuously improving. As an IT Systems Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing the systems that power our digital channels. You'll investigate issues, collaborate with business and technology partners, participate in system upgrades and testing, and shape improvements that make banking easier and more intuitive for our members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, digging into root causes, working cross-functionally, and communicating complex information in a way others can easily understand. This hybrid role requires onsite presence at our Northgate headquarters at least one day per week (Wednesday). The expected schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with periodic after-hours or weekend support to meet business needs.
