A successful candidate will have a strong sense of leadership, management, problem solving, teamwork, accountability, and the ability to understand business functions and requirements. A successful BI & Analysis Manager does not only promote innovative reporting solutions and navigate competing priority tradeoffs, but also strives to deliver positive impacts throughout the organization.
