## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 * 5+ years of Epic application analyst experience with significant focus on RTE and Patient Access workflows.
 * Demonstrated experience leading medium to large complexity Epic initiatives.
 * Expert-level experience with Epic Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
 * Strong understanding of Patient Access workflows and Revenue Cycle processes.
 * Proven experience leading Epic enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
 * Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, workflow design, system build, testing, and production support.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience creating technical and functional documentation.
 * Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
 * Preferred to have Epic certification/accreditation in relevant Revenue Cycle or Patient Access modules.
 * Preferred to have knowledge of healthcare payer eligibility and authorization processes.
