Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience supporting an HHS or other large federal agency HRIT modernization initiative. * Experience with legacy HR system migrations and large-scale organizational change management. * Oracle Fusion HCM certification(s). * Experience with ServiceNow HRSD or complementary HR service delivery platforms. * PMP, CBAP, or similar business analysis/project certifications. ## Description Imagineeer is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a large-scale HR IT modernization effort for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The Functional SME will lead functional activities across the Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Time and Labor modules, partnering with HHS HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, and IT stakeholders to translate federal business requirements into effective system configurations.
