This role serves as a technical expert for Epic HB, providing project leadership, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and customer support. The analyst will partner closely with Revenue Cycle, Finance, Clinical Research Billing, and other operational teams, as well as third-party vendors and application teams, to optimize workflows and support ongoing initiatives. Reporting to the Hospital Billing Supervisor within Information Services.
