## About the Role

* 8+ years of IT Service Management (ITSM) experience.
 * Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Change Management.
 * Experience facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
 * Strong knowledge of ITIL 4 Change Enablement best practices.
 * Experience with CMDB and Configuration Items (CI).
 * Strong reporting and analytics experience using ServiceNow.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * ITIL 4 Foundation Certification required.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Banking or Financial Services industry experience.
 * Experience implementing Change Automation initiatives.
 * Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD change processes.
 * ServiceNow CSA and CIS-ITSM certifications.
 * Advanced ITIL certifications preferred.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to lead enterprise IT Change Management processes within a ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITIL Change Enablement, ServiceNow Change Management, CAB facilitation, governance, compliance, and ITSM best practices to ensure efficient, low-risk technology changes across the organization. Key Responsibilities

 * Manage and improve enterprise IT Change Management processes.
 * Review, assess, and approve high-risk and high-impact change requests.
 * Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and document outcomes.
 * Manage change calendars, blackout periods, and scheduling conflicts.
 * Configure and administer the ServiceNow Change Management module.
 * Design workflows, approval processes, notifications, and automation.
 * Collaborate with Incident, Problem, Release, and Platform teams.
 * Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for Change Management.
 * Ensure governance, compliance, audit readiness, and process adherence.
